Morning commute

So I’m losing track of days. We’ve had a few days of classes which so far have been really interesting with a minimal work load. This leaves plenty of time to explore the city. I did a little shopping on Queen Street in the city. We’ve also explored different night life. We’ve checked out the bar room on campus, the Red Room. It’s a nice place to go after class to unwind or play pool. We went to West End to The End Bar. This was a nice, classy place with wine and beer and expensive cocktails. They had a record player playing all sorts of music, including Mos Deff. One students host sister came and brought her counsins and friends and we sat towards the back on a long wooden table. We also ventured to Toowong to a popular student bar at the Royal Exchange Hotel. This open air bar had cheap drinks, a live band followed by a dj, dancing, and lots of locals. The night made for a rough morning commute with some good stories.
